How Can I Tell if Flour is Bleached or Unbleached?

The packaging doesn't seem to say one way or the other...does silence on the subject mean unbleached?

Check the ingredient list to see if it has any of these bleaching agents:

It is bleached by default. Because it is all purpose and for cakes and pastries bleached is better. Unbleached white all purpose flours range in color from almost white, slightly yellowish or creamy, all the way to dirty gray or quite brown, depends on wheat, so bleached is the default kind of flour, at least in Canada.

When flour is unbleached, it says unbleached on the bag and costs a bit more.
