Cranberry and walnut sourdough bake

Hey there!

It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a good SD loaf. Recently, all the loads I’ve attempted have seemed underproofed. This one seems promising, but I’m sure.

Looks really good, I love the amount of cranberries and walnuts you added, 20% each?  That’s my kind of loaf.
