Hi All! I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to share this but I wanted to show you all my Easter bread! So exciting to bake this every year. The trick to this bread is the "double rise" - you let it rise once and then punch it down and repeat. I cold proofed after final shaping and then removed from fridge and let it rise before baking.
I love the "shreddable" crumb..
I always mess up and forget not to egg wash around the egg...ah well!
