Whole wheat flours in NYC
First post here. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for high quality whole wheat flours (specifically spelt, but I'm interested in others) here in Manhattan. I'm in Hamilton Heights/Harlem. Farmer Ground Flour from Whole Foods is an option, but is relatively expensive at about $3.00/lb. Anyone have other suggestions for local or online ordering? I'm hoping to explore more whole wheat sourdough recipes. I love the GrowNYC grain stand but it is hard to get down to Union Square during COVID-19.
