Did you forget to score it? I assume the only issue is the blowout on the bottom you are showing in the picture?

How is the crumb? And taste, most importantly? If it's tasty, it's all good!

"Bottom blow-out" is a sign of using a convection (fan) oven, or top heat.

For best results:  Do not use top heat for uncovered bread, and do not use convection (fan) for uncovered bread.

There is a third possibility, but less likely.

But anyway, it still looks good to eat.  Bom apetite!

Thanks for answers.

I scored the bread, and it tasted good. It was the look!

The oven use bottom and top flames, next time I will cover the bread

Thanks again for the comments
