Unbaked spots in breadloaves

Hi! I'm new to sourdough baking and i have just started baking sourdough sandwich breads and babka. However i noticed that i keep getting unbaked spots and lines especially around the bottom part of the bread. Can someone tell me what went wrong?:(

The recipe generally calls for baking it on 190° for 30-45 mins

Got any more detail and perhaps a picture?

Sounds like loaves could bake longer.  Oven set up?  Crumb picture?

Hiii! Im sorry i didnt take picture of the bread and it was gone pretty fast too despite the unbaked spots.

But it kinda looked like this picture below! But the unbaked lines in mostly on the bottom part. I preheated the oven on 200°c and then bake in on 175-180°c on the lower shelf with bottom heating element for 25 mins then switch to top&bottom heating element for 5-10 mins. And i use a non stick pullman loaf pan!

that can make for a pale crust and a longer baking time.  If the loaf looks too pale after baking, when depanning, slip the naked loaf back into the oven on the rack to finish baking.

Do check your oven temp with a separate oven thermometer, it might be running cooler than the dial or need more time to preheat.

I will wait for the next actual crumb photo.  Good to know it tastes good!  :)

How are you shaping it? The white streak is usually from something like too much flour on a surface.that got folded in.
