Help savage sourdough brioche dough

So, I forgot sugar in my dough and the brioche-like pastry that was supposed to taste delicious has no flavor at best, a little acidity and very little salt. A first batch in the oven kind of raised more than I expected, so I though maybe I can savage the rest of the dough by making a savory roll of some sort.

Does anybody have any ideas on what to spread/fold inside these imaginary rolls?
