Using starter after overnight refrigeration

Hi. If I refrigerated my starter last night but now changed my mind and want to use it.  I took it out of the fridge - do I have to feed it for days at room temperature again, or less because it was just cold overnight?  Thanks!

If you feed it this morning and wait until it is bubbly and active again, probably by later today, you should be good to go.  My starter lives in the fridge most of the time.  I pull it out on the morning I plan to bake, give it a good feeding, and I have an active starter to put into my dough by evening.  No issues with activity or bread rise.

i guess it depends on whether it was fed and then put into the fridge or was due a feed prior to the fridge. Any way i find if you add really warm water  that is required for your dough to the starter slowly stirring as you go it brings it around and is ready to work for you then add the other ingredients and mix away.
