Recipes from France

I discovered this French website a while back. Not sure if it's a school or what. They have several videos on shaping bread here:

I managed to find a download page with a pdf of recipes. I painstakingly translated it. Lots of different breads plus more. I've only made the croissants so far, which were fantastic.
