Sirloin Saloon dark bread
I am looking for a recipe to match that fantastic bread they serve at the Sirloin Saloon in Shelburne, Vermont. It's a homemade swedish whole-grain bread very dark bread . They bake it in very large loaf.
It's very good warm with butter. I like pumpernickel bread but this one seems special to me.
You might try asking the restaurant. Many chefs are happy to share their recipes with home cooks.
