Here's a Soda Bread recipe posted today by our excellent local (Felton, CA) homesteader's emporium. Cringeworthy crumb shot for eyes accustomed to this site, but perhaps the whiskey-soaked currants make up for it. And come on, it's Soda Bread, not ciabatta.
