Bread for school fair

G’day everybody and do I need your help ?

for years I cooked  - bread in 5 minutes a day - and now love to bake sourdough as well

we have a new Priest and I gave him a sourdough loaf - now the school is having a fair and he wants me to make bread

could not make heaps of sourdough but might be able to bulk batch - bread in five minutes a day - style

would it be possible to mix up a say 20 kg batch in a plastic tub by hand and rest it overnight and bake half kilo loaves next day

to present uniform loaves I was thinking of cooking in Dutch ovens 

would really appreciate your opinion and guidance

cost wise a loaf would cost around fifty five cents each so selling at a dollar each would seem fair
