French Baking Videos

By chance I stumbled across some interesting breadmaking videos from BoulangerieNet. mainly on shaping and roll production, but there does seem to be a bit of everything. They just seem to be on a rolling autoplay.

I like the one where the lady starts whacking the dough with a big rolling pin - she seems to enjoy it! She's making "La tourtière Landaise".
