Soda Bred

The first time I made soda bread it was like a rock, did it many years ago. Im happy to find my second attempt was great.

Fife Flour, Salt, Soda, 75% water including 1/2 cup Kefir whey.

Autolys for two hours, baked 400f, 30min.

Very nutty and didnt even need butter was delicious.
