I'm visiting Oregon, and see in the stores Fleishmann's pizza yeast. Never ever saw that anywhere else. What in the world??? Now that I Google it, I see that it has been around for almost a decade.
I make pizza crust routinely, and have never heard of this stuff. What does it do that should make me want to get it? I have to assume that it interacts wonderfully with mozzarella and pepperoni, right?
