Stinky socks!
My sourdough starter started out fine a couple months ago, now smells like bad feet! Should I toss it or try refreshing with pineapple juice?

It sounds as though your starter has lost its acidity and the leuconostoc bacteria have started to multiply. If so the acid in the pineapple juice will kill them. Worth a try.
