Yes, this morning I woke up and and remembered that I forgot to put my starter back in the refrigerator after I refreshed it yesterday and I had placed it on the top of the refrigerator. It was all over the top and down the sides and it was to say the least it was a mess, but hey I know it's healthy.
The other day, my hydration ratio was completely off at a level i had idea due to an incident with my baby's sippy cup. I mean, I don't want to blame the baby for all my bread mishaps...but seriously, he's got some culpability here.
dinner and wanted to get the grease catch pans and racks soaking but the girls were doing dishes so th had ti wait. Then I forgot about them and woke up this morning to congealed, crusted, gunky pans that will take forever to clean. I told my daughter this morning that they would still be there for her to finish up washing when she got hoe for work tonight and she just said 'Silly Boy.... but the ribs were good.'
So, I just blamed my son for my bread problems above. I was thinking, if I had a dog, I'd probably blame it too. Wonder if Lucy has ever been responsible for your bread not turning out...
