wearever insulated bakeware?

The only sheets I have are a couple insulated sheets. Can I use these to bake bread on? I will be putting parchment paper on it.

As far as I know, insulated baking sheets are only useful for ovens with uneven heat, to prevent delicate baked goods like cookies from getting too much heat from below.

In all online discussions I saw, people complained about them, called them useless, and re-purposed them for other things, instead of baking with them.

I found an old cookie sheet this pour thing looks ancient. It is dark but I think from age. It is 15"x16" on the bottom surface. It doesn't even have a stamp or anything with the brand. Very low sides. Will this work with parchment paper?
