Infused Yeast Water

Hey all,

I used some left over plums to make a deliciously soft white bread using the infused yeast water from the plums.

Check out the post linked above for full info.  It's really quite easy to make the infused yeast water and adds a wonderful aroma to your breads.  It takes about a week for the water to ferment but I think it's well worth planning it in to your schedule.
