Boy, does that crust have character! Congratulations.
I was able to hack my way to a steamed crust. I have a wok cover. I pulled the handle off and it's stainless steel. Worked awesome. I cant make baguettes but someday.
to cover baguettes. They are cheap right after Thanksgiving when they go onto the clearance rack.
