Thanksgiving Loaf...
more impressive to bring thank a salad...but I was delegated the salad too...25% whole wheat, overnight fermentation, full recipe in a single 12 inch loaf.
Cooling now, will be hard to wait another 5 hours.

Thanks guys, it came out very good, everyone commented on it and there was enough left for turkey sandwiches tomorrow.
