Zataar Herb / Sunflower Seed Baguettes

Just joined, second post after Intro post, yesterday's bread making, Chapati Flour, Zaatar Herb, roasted sunflower seeds, first time using new baguette tray, as you can see I have a long journey ahead, need to read Lessons on front of website. Texture is slightly crumbly.
