Because I have nothing better to do tonight, I'm on the back deck thinking about baking and watching youtube videos on the subject and came across this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYOOyNZ5axs ...It's artistry.. I want to find the video referred to within this video and make those cookies.. that way.. truly beautiful..

I decided to make "Les Penitions".. great buttery, gently sweet, treats.. not exciting.. but a little but of france in my kitchen today.. worth the effort..
