How to create a starter in the tropics
hi, I am looking into ways to create a starter by using only rye flour and water (no yeast at all). I live in the tropics with an indoor temperature of 28-30 degree celcius,constantly! Thanks in advance

Well you have an advantage there. Nice and warm.
