Team USA 2016

For those of you who are not members of the Bread Bakers Guild of America (BBGA), but have an interest in these things, Team USA 2016 has been announced.

These fine bakers will represent the USA at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie which is held in conjunction with Europain (European baking trade show) in Paris in Feb 2016.

For those of you contemplating a trip to France in the next couple of years, February does not show Paris at its peak, but the excitement of the Coupe compensates.

And for those of you passionate about bread, the BBGA (www.bbga.org) is an organization you may want to join.
