I used a KAF recipe which I found under looking for Ciabatta Rolls. They have more than one recipe, but I chose to do this one: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/chewy-italian-rolls-recipe. I doubled the recipe and changed the yeast amount a tiny bit. Also made the bulk ferment longer. Also let them raise longer than the recipe called for. Baked mine in a Cadco Oven for about 30 minutes with 20 percent humidity. Am sure if you want to try the recipe as is it will be fine. Haven't tasted the rolls yet, so can't give you input on the taste. Came out the size I wanted and looks good to me.
I use a Cuisinart Press so when ready will be making a Panini. Just got to figure out what type and when hubby wants to have them. I'm going for Roast beef, with horseradish sauce and melted cheese. Hubby wants to try Muenster Cheese. I never had that type of cheese so don't know if I'll like it or not.
They look terrific and will surely make gorgeous and tasty sandwiches!

Cheers
