Rose Levy Beranbaum's recipe for Kouign Amann
If you have The Baking Bible, could you please tell me the amount of salt used in Kouign Amann?
I jotted down the recipe but adjusted it to use salted butter. Now I need the original amount because I've only got unsalted butter on hand.

fine sea salt 13/4 tsp. or 10.5 grams
