Sourdough, honey and seeds

Quiet simple. 120 gr. liquid sourdough, 330 gr. bread flour, 150 ml water, 15 gr honey, 10 gr salt and 150 gr of roasted-soaked seeds (sesame, brown flax and pumpkin seeds).

Last week it was the three amigos - which you made the day before I had scheduled to make mine - today someone was asking me about seeded breads and tonight/tomorrow I bake my bi-weekly honey spelts ...

Looks good though - baked in a tin, I presume? Are the flax seeds soft enough after roasting & soaking? (I have a jar of golden linseeds waiting for something good to use them in...)

Cheers,

-Gordon

Hi Gordon. Yes, they're quite soft. I usually roast the seeds or cereal about 10 minutes, and soak in cool water, about 120 ml of water per 100 gr of seeds. Have a nice baking day.

... the look of your sourdough, honey and seed bread.  It has a wonderful color and texture.

I can almost taste it...

Heavenly!
