Mishmash of flours makes for a delicious bread - mostly white though
This bread - bread #65 - had arrowroot flour, barley flour, cornmeal, oats and caraway seeds. Did a sponge, autolyse and a soaker. Not difficult. Beautiful and great taste. Even enjoyed the wonderful crinkly noises the bread emitted upon being removed from the oven.
Thank you to those who have sent encouraging comments on the progress toward 108 breads. Really do not know what I will do when I reach the magic number.
only be at least 10,000 more different ones to bake - so no worries about what to do when the end arrives:-) This was ans especially nice one and had to taste great
