Christmas Cookies

What's  your go to, must have, holiday cookie or bar???  The girls and I are preparing for our annual mega cookie baking marathon and usually like to try a new recipe.   We bake a lot of cookies - usually enough to fill 20 or so plates generously to give to friends and teachers as gifts of gratitude.
