how do i get big bakery style croissants at home

Anything made in a bakery can be made at home. It's the the same for cooking. So don't fear. You'll be making the dough yourself? Croissant dough is incredibly tedious and takes years to understand however small batch as you'll be making has it's bonuses. I managed to make some lovely croissants. They were delicious on the first day, eatable the day after and not so good on the third.
