Cranberry Bread Roll

Hi All, 

I'm trying to make my favorite bread roll that I currently buy at the grocery store. It's similar to a french bollo roll but it has cranberries in it. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start or know of a recipe? I've attache pictures of the roll (sorry I took a few bites out of it!) There are some brown flake like pieces in the roll - I'm wondering if that is wheat?
