Community bakery project
Hi folks
I’m interested in the finances of setting up a locally based community bread making project and I need to know* roughly, the basic unit costs of production for different types of loaves, rolls etc. Also, what essential kitchen and cooking equipment and facilities would be needed?
(*I've sent for the book, ‘Knead to know’, by the Real Bread Campaign, which should give me all the info necessary, but I don’t expect it will arrive before a meeting I’m at tomorrow.)
Any info you can provide would be very helpful – and much appreciated!
