Does anyone know who produces it for Trader Joe's private label?
Central milling perhaps. Before Central Milling re-vamped their website they had a blurb about how they "provide to Whole Foods markets, and Trader Joe's" but they have since removed that bit from their website. I always assumed that was who did it, the specific one you could probably figure out by checking the specs from Central Milling's site.
