Help with buying bulk pack (16-32 oz) of Fleischmann/SAF/Red Star yeast in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada

actually I dont live there. I am in India and a friend has gone to Canada and she is staying at New Brunswick. Since I love to bake and dont get the above brands of yeast in India she has agreed to get yeast for me but since she to is not a local person does not know where to get it in bulk - I dont want the bottle or packet as they are costly.
Most large grocery stores carry bulk yeast. Look where the flour is being sold. or ask for assistance. The isles are marked with signs hanging from the ceiling and the word "Flour" should be listed or "Baking Section" more often than not in the middle of the store.
Yes, I have asked her to check. but any specific information will reduce legwork for her.
I would suggest Bulk Barn. They do have an address in Fredericton. Your friend could call ahead and confirm availability. I buy bulk yeast from them here on the prairies.
Other than that Costco (if your friend has a membershiip) had the 1 lb Red Star (I think that's what it's called. More common in the US).
