Another newbie question
Can one re-bake a loaf that sounded hollow when it was tapped after baking completed, only to have a small amount of dough stick to the tester?

You can re-bake an undone loaf.
When you get the loaf out of the oven and tested if it was baked through but has not, you can put it back in the oven and bake it for a bit longer.
