Better rye bread and a bit less dark
Halfway to 108 breads, at bread #54, a tweaking of the last bread with a slightly less dark, less hydrated dough. Yes, still a wet, sticky dough, but a delicious rye that everyone likes. (I'm not counting the dog because he loves any bread.) Use of a loaf pan is highly recommended.
