Getting back my bread mojo with spelt

With tons going on - broken dryer, upcoming bat mitzvah, Passover cleaning (took me a while to write this), and no digital scale, temporarily - I lost some enthusiasm for my 108 breads project. Here are a couple of spelt recipes from the dark time before Escali sent a new free scale to replace the old one. Turns out you learn something without the crutch of exact measurements.
