Try Frank A Serio & Sons on Dorsey Run Rd in Jessup MD. When I lived in Arlington they were open for retail sales a couple of afternoons a week. They had lots of choices of commercial flours at wholesale prices as well as all of the other things you would expect at a commercial bakery supply house. Don't know about KA.
Are they still in business?
