Sundried tomato and olive bread
Hello all,
Just thought I'd make my first real mark on the forum with this sundried tomato and olive bread I made today.
Made with a poolish and resulting in a final hydration of about 68% - I wasn't too precise!

Jacob: Love sun dried tomatoes and olives....I am sure it tasted great. What kind of flour did you use? Do you have a crumb shot? Best, Phyllis
It was regular supermarket strong white flour.
