Bouchon Bakery - Shortbread
This recipe worked out great. Just make sure you work the dough enough to bring it all together when adding the flour. Mine was sandy when it came out of the mixer. I worked it on the bench to bring everything together.

They have put together an awesome book. It has great pics and so far the recipes have been spot-on. I would recommend this book. Its worth the money. Everything is very tasty too.
Do the TKOs next!
I have the TLC's and speculoos first. But, I can be swayed to jump ahead.
