Tartine Sourdough Bread Bowls & Beer, Cheese, Potato and Bacon soup...Yum!
Hi Gang,
We still got the Tartine bug, can't shake it! (why would we???) This is now our 4th time in about a 4 weeks. I made a double batch this time, it was kinda' hard to stir with a wooden spoon in my big bowl after adding the main flour and later the water/salt, the stretch and fold was easy as a normal batch and it worked out in the end. This soup was so delicious in the awesome Tartine recipe, French country bread bowls. Please check out lotsa' pics and our process for the soup!
