Yeastspotting on 11.11.11
I am in heaven today, hosting the Yeastspotting event of Susan, from Wild Yeast. Those are some huge shoes to fill, and I freaked out for the entire week in permanent hyperventilation mode...
some breads from regulars here are featured this week, it was great to get those emails and recognize the bakers :-)

Sally, you must be proud. You did a wonderful job! I'm sure everyone appreciates your dedication. Everything works fine, the page looks great, and the bread movie from the beginning is something new and with it you gave a personal touch to this event. Congratulations!
