Hello everyone! This is my first post here. Looking to get some feedback on my pics and such. Been baking for years, just started making great bread. Last week became a home based bakery part-time. Will start selling bread next week.

The bread looks great, and I love your bannetons. Where did you get them?
Regarding pictures, unless you're purposefully trying to do a sepia-toned effect, you need to adjust your white balance. What kind of light are you using to shoot those?
The pics are with my cellphone under fluresent light. Not the best for pictures. The brotformens are from tmbbaking.com, they are item# CUSTOM and run 32.00 each. I am really happy with using them. Chris is the sales rep I talk with and he gets stuff shipped fast! They are in Jersey and my stuff reaches me next day when it ships ground.

Thank you so much. It has been a long road to get where I am with baking. I cant help but feel a little vulnerable starting out on this venture.
Well it is "obvious" that you are an accomplished baker. I am not a beginner, but I am in early stages of learning. I love to bake bread and have always wanted to be a better bread baker. I think it is so important that we support each other and truly give praise.
Please keep posting and do include your recipes.
