Fresh Yeast Chocolate Chocolate Chip Espresso Egg Bread
I discovered fresh yeast in two grocery stores near me, and have been having fun using it in place of dried yeast.I used 1 oz of fresh yeast instead of 2 tsp dried, a bit more than conversion charts called for but it worked really well.

One loaf cut up - it was gone within 1/2 hour. :)
