Salt fermented sourdough
I followed along to this recipe including the recipe for a salt fermented motherdough and it is wonderful. Very very happy with my results.

Breads with warts - just kidding, they look beautiful. Interesting technique.

LOL @ warts. Mine is not as blistery as Theresa's over on her website/blog but wow is right the tatse is really really good. I will keep on practicing.
