The UK's Daily Telegraph has printed an article on Israeli breadmaking

which looks pretty interesting!  Unfortunately they don't print any recipes, or describe many of the breads (yes it's fine saying a shop produces 142 breads, but only mentioning one??).  It sounds like many of the breads have quite complex additions / strong flavours...

Anyone know any books that might have recipes? or even any suggestions for what might be included?
