cheesecake factory bread recipe submitted by Susan
To Susan, the creater of the the cheesecake factory dark bread recipe. This recipe you created, the one which contains, coffee, and I think molasses, or other ingredients that I cannot think of offhand. How many pounds is it, so I can know what to set my bread machine at. My bread machine will make 1 1/2 or 2 pound loaves. Which size ( l 1/2, or 2 lb.) will this recipe make? I would appreciate an answer for this thank you.
Thanks, Laurie K.

Dear Susan, I had asked a question previously and had sent it to Freshloaf. I had asked how big a loaf does your recipe for the dark bread loaf, that you invented from the cheesecake factory, does this make? My bread machine will do 1 1/2 pound loaves and 2 lb. loaves. I am referring to the recipe with coffee granules in it, and I think cocoa and maybe molasses. Anyways, you invented it or something in response to a question about the recipe for the dark bread from the cheesecake factory. Again, how big a loaf does this make? 1 1/2 pounds or 2 lbs. Please answer me if you can. The last time I had asked the question, I had a response from Freshloaf, that gave me no answer to this. Please answer me if you can. Thanks, Laurie K.
Makes right at about 2 pounds(32 ounces) of dough. Maybe just a smidge over(33 ounces, give or take). Your machine will be able to handle this with no problem, on the 2 pound setting. No coffee in this one however.
