first attempt at Golden Raisin Bread
My first attempt at Golden Raisin Bread from Hamelman's "Bread". Didn't get much spring in the oven but I let the final ferment go for two hours was only suppose to be an hour (woops) I think my oven bakes at higher temp it seems very dark to me. My very first attempt ever is under sourdough start and it is was very dark as well. Practice makes perfect...
