Hello everyone~~~I'm a newcommer and this is my first post! I use the recepe of my bread written by Jim Lahey. It's very easy and anyone won't be fail~~

who can recommend a bread knife for me ? thanks!
I have a Wusthof and it's great. It's on the expensive side, but it will last a lifetime. And, after all, it has a very important job - cleanly cutting MY bread :)
